We book fewer clients a day so there is time to study your hair's growth pattern, density and how it dries on its own. Cuts are built to hold their line for eight to ten weeks, and colour is placed so regrowth looks intentional rather than overdue.
Straight, wavy, curly and coily hair are all cut here, dry or wet depending on what the texture asks for.

Every service includes a consultation and a finish. Prices are starting points; longer or thicker hair may take more time, and we'll always confirm before we begin.

Choosing the right colour booking.
The biggest difference between colour services is how often you'll want to come back. Use this guide to pick a starting point — your colourist will confirm the plan at consultation.
- Low upkeep: balayage or a gloss between visits.
- Full grey coverage: root colour on a regular rhythm.

A clear rhythm for every appointment, so you know what happens in the chair and after you leave.
Consultation, hair dry
We look at your hair before it's wet: parting, growth direction, how the ends sit. You tell us what annoys you about it now.
The plan, out loud
Length, shape, colour placement and price are agreed before scissors or brushes come out. No surprises at the desk.
Cut, colour, finish
We work in the order your hair needs, then finish it the way you'd realistically style it yourself.
Aftercare notes
A short written note with products worth using, when to rebook and how to handle the first few washes.
Questions
Good to know before your first visit.
How long should I allow for a first appointment?
Add fifteen minutes to the listed time. First visits include a longer consultation so we can understand your hair history and routine.
Why do I need a patch test for colour?
A patch test checks for a skin reaction to colour products. It takes a few minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your colour appointment, even if you've coloured before elsewhere.
Do you cut curly and coily hair?
Yes. Choose the curl cut & define service. We usually cut textured hair dry, curl by curl, so please arrive with it clean and worn naturally with no heavy product.
Can I bring my child?
Children are welcome for cuts, and under-twelves have a reduced price. We don't offer colour services for under-sixteens.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice so the chair can go to someone on the waiting list. Deposits for long colour appointments move with you when you reschedule in time.
Should I bring reference photos?
Please do. Photos of hair you like — and hair you don't — are the quickest way to agree on tone, length and texture. We'll be honest about what will suit your hair type.
